Holy Name Hurricane Club - Programs
Volleyball
A Fall sport for girl’s grades 5th – 8th. We typically offer a Varsity and JV team. Registration opens Mid July. CYO Volleyball Season runs from August 9th to mid-October.
Practices Mon, Wed, and Fri. Games Tues and Sat.
Tennis
Grades 6th -8th. Boy’s season is in the Fall, Spring for the Girls. Boy’s registration opens August 1st. Season will run from September through mid-October. Girl’s registration opens March st. Season will run from April through June. 2 practices a week with 1 match a week.
Basketball
Fall Coed Intramural Basketball grades 3-4. Registration open September 10th. Teams will be divided at each game minimum of 4-6 games on the weekend or after school. There are no specific practice sessions. Players practice for 30 minutes before game and play for 30 minutes.
Ski & Snowboard Club
A winter intermural sport for boys and girls in grades 5-8. Registration opens in Mid Nov and the season begins in January till mid-February. Fridays after school charter busses bring the club up to Mt. Holly. See the Ski Club FAQ Page for more details.
Baseball/Softball
CYO Spring Boys & Girls sports for grades 5-8. Registration opens Mid Feb. The season is from early April to early June. 1-2 practices and 1-2 games per week.

Holy Name Ski Club is on Friday nights in January and February 2022. Our planned nights for ski club are January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, February 4th, and February 11th. We will be leaving for Mt.
